Ambassador Guide

How to join Suede Promo, claim quests, post cleanly, and stay eligible.

Suede ambassadors complete verified social quests for whoever funds the approved campaign: Suede, projects, artists, launch partners, or other sponsors. The job is simple: claim a slot, post original disclosed content, submit proof, keep the post live, and let the system verify it.

One person, one account Wallet proof required Original posts only

Quick start

01

Connect X

Use the Suede Promo connect button and approve the public identity connection. Suede binds your account to the permanent X numeric ID, not just the handle you can rename.

02

Accept the Ambassador Agreement

This confirms you understand the disclosure, originality, account, payout, support, and disqualification rules.

03

Verify your payout wallet

Open the Ambassador Hub and click "Connect wallet & verify." Approve the signature in Phantom, Backpack, or Solflare -- one tap, no gas, nothing leaves your wallet. Suede binds that wallet to your X account instantly.

04

Claim a quest

Pick an eligible quest, read the brief, and claim a slot only when you can post inside the active window.

05

Post and submit proof

Publish original content with the required disclosure and terms, then submit the post URL back to Suede Promo for verification.

Who can join

Ambassador access is for real people with real public accounts. Campaign sponsors are buying authentic distribution and proof, not anonymous traffic.

  • Your X account must be old enough to pass the campaign eligibility gate.
  • Your X account must be verified when the campaign requires verified accounts.
  • You must connect the same X account you will use to post.
  • You must use one identity. Duplicate, rented, shared, or coordinated accounts are not allowed.
  • You must be able to receive USDC to the wallet you verify.
  • You must follow X rules, advertising disclosure rules, and the Suede rulebook.

Do not connect an account you do not control. If you lose access to the connected account, pause and contact support before claiming more work.

Account setup

Connect X

The X connection proves who authored a post. Suede reads the public identity needed for verification. It does not need your DMs or private data.

Accept terms

The Ambassador Agreement is the operating agreement for paid quest work. Accepting it means you agree to create original posts, disclose paid partnerships, avoid bots and deceptive tactics, and use support channels instead of direct team outreach.

Verify wallet

The wallet check proves the payout wallet belongs to the same person who controls the connected X account. Open the Ambassador Hub, click "Connect wallet & verify," and approve the signature in Phantom, Backpack, or Solflare. No post required -- the signature is instant and on-chain proof-of-ownership.

No tweet required. Wallet binding uses a cryptographic signature in your browser wallet -- not a post. No gas is charged and nothing leaves your wallet.

Claiming quests

Claim a quest only when you are ready to post. A claim reserves a slot and starts your posting window.

  • Read the target, required terms, disclosure requirement, and timing before claiming.
  • Do not claim multiple slots you cannot complete.
  • Do not coordinate with other ambassadors to post the same thing at the same time.
  • Do not paste the brief back as your post. Use your own angle and words.
  • If the brief asks for a link, mention, hashtag, image, or media asset, include it before submitting.

Quests are staggered on purpose. Suede does not run synchronized posting blasts.

Posting rules

Disclose clearly

Every paid post needs a visible disclosure such as "Paid partner of @[sponsor]", "Working with @[sponsor]", or "Partnered with [sponsor]". Use the sponsor named in the brief.

Write your own post

No copied text, no spun templates, no near-duplicates, and no obvious AI voice. The post has to read like a real person meant it.

Stay on brief

Write about the sponsor or campaign topic named in the brief. Off-topic posts do not count even if they include the required terms.

Keep it live

Do not delete or hide a counted post during the hold period. Deleting counted work is treated as a serious violation.

Quality standards

  • Use plain language and a specific point of view.
  • When you use media, make sure it supports the post instead of looking like filler.
  • Do not use em dashes or obvious prompt-template phrasing.
  • Do not buy engagement, join engagement rings, or ask others to fake activity.
  • Do not attack other people, misrepresent the product, or make claims the brief did not approve.

How verification works

After you submit a post URL, Suede checks whether the work satisfies the job rules. Verification can be automatic, manual, or both.

CheckWhat it means
AuthorThe post must come from the X account connected to your ambassador profile.
TimingThe post must be published inside the claim window.
DisclosureThe paid-partnership disclosure must be visible in the post text.
Required termsRequired hashtags, mentions, links, or phrases must appear in the post.
OriginalityThe post must be your own work and not a copy of another ambassador or a template.
AvailabilityThe post must stay public and reachable during review and hold.

If something is unclear, the claim can move to review instead of immediate approval. Review is not a support ticket by itself.

Payouts

Successful quests accrue toward claimable USDC after verification. Withdrawals use the verified Solana wallet attached to your ambassador profile.

  • You do not need to DM anyone to release payout.
  • Claimable rewards can unlock after a short hold so posts can be checked and kept live.
  • When the Solana vault is live, you withdraw your own claimable USDC instead of waiting for Suede to send individual payouts.
  • If a post is removed early, the related quest can be forfeited.
  • If withdrawals are still in vault setup, completed quests can remain recorded until withdrawals are enabled.

Wallet safety: double-check the wallet before saving it. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed by support.

Support and appeals

Use support for something broken on Suede's side, not for normal waiting, strategy advice, or faster payout requests.

  • Use the site support form or the Discord ticket button.
  • Open one ticket at a time.
  • Include the post URL, claim or campaign name, wallet issue, and the exact error you saw.
  • Do not DM or tag Suede team members for support. Direct outreach can pause your account.
  • If you disagree with a rejected quest, use the appeal path on that claim when available.

Disqualification rules

These rules protect the campaign, the ambassadors who do clean work, and the sponsors funding jobs.

Permanent disqualification: deleting counted posts, operating duplicate identities, fake engagement, or trying to game verification can remove you from current and future campaigns.

  • No duplicate accounts, alt farms, rented accounts, or coordinated identity clusters.
  • No fake engagement, bought followers, engagement pods, or bot traffic.
  • No copied posts, spam waves, or mass templated AI content.
  • No wallet, account, or proof manipulation.
  • No harassment, illegal content, deceptive claims, or undisclosed paid posts.
