## What it is

- Three ways to hire creators: (1) Contest — creators submit competing entries and the brand picks the winner or winners. (2) Performance brief — creators pitch or distribute and the brand pays for accepted work. (3) Social job — creators claim a slot, publish with required disclosure, submit proof, and move through automated checks plus human review.
- Creators claim a free profile, keep attribution, and carry a portable on-chain reputation (ERC-8004 registries on Base) that cannot be reset.
- Payments run through Stripe (card and bank). Settling in USDC on Base is an option, not a requirement.
